Welcome, once again, to my side-by-side comparison. This is where I take the current Week of this diet and compare it to the same Week of my last return to Onederland. The reasoning behind this is simple: what better way to motivate myself than with myself. After all, if I can do it, then I can do it too.
Here is my post from Week 13 last time around, date: Monday, October 27, 2008: Wins and Losses. Click it! There’s a picture of Mel Gibson back when he was still cool.
Side by Side Comparison
Last week I wrote, “caloric intake took a sharp turn up this week.” Ha! If only this week were as “sharp” as last week, I’d be doing cartwheels. Come to think of it, I should be doing cartwheels just to burn off the extra calories.
Although I lucked out on the weight graph, the calorie intake this time around is nearly 800 more than before. Zoinks:
Miraculously that only converted to a 0.2 pound uptick in weight:
The train stops at Thanksgivingland in less than a week. I successfully made it through Halloweentown (in spite of whatever else came after that). I’ve got to keep on top of this and make sure I only blow it one day next week.

Don’t blow it over Thansgiving! It’s just FOOD! There is a difference between overeating and OVEREATING! Sure, have some pie, have some stuffing. Just don’t have seconds!

Well your chart is still going in the right direction. So you are getting there. Onederland is happening, becoming true. You will make it and have all of us jumping for joy for you. Keep up the great work Charlie, life is good.
Take care and God Bless!!
