Today’s entry will be short and sweet since I’m hot and heavy into writing writing at the moment and would really like to get back to that. There’s only so many hours in a day, right?
So let’s take a look at the Week Nine graph:
The good news is that not only did I dip below 220, I also happened to spend the entire week there. I even highlighted it in red just for effect. Crossing a weight decade is always a fun milestone. That said, Day 7 of Week 9 popped me back up a bit to 219.5 which is a wee bit too close for comfort. With a week low of 218, I thought I was safely there. At least the week’s average (and this is why I like averaging) was 218.8. Hopefully this trend continues.
Week Nine | |
Starting Weight | 233.0 |
Current Weight | 218.8 |
Lost So Far | 14.2 |
Pounds To Go | 19.8 |
It would have been nice to have the graph titled a bit more down to the right a bit. It’s flattening out more quickly than I’d like at this point in the process. And unfortunately Sunday (the first day of this next week) packed a few too many extra calories. I’m forgetting Mad Eye Moody’s slogan: CONSTANT VIGILANCE! You can’t let up for a second or it will come back to bite you every time.
Now, back to that novel! I have to finish the first draft before the end of October and I’m way behind. Wish me luck.

Hi
I like your blog. I’m also a dieter/writer. I’m hoping that writing about dieting will mean that one day I can be a writer who doesn’t have to diet anymore.

wooohoooo! Nice one Charlie!
Not only have you crossed the decade, you also, in UK terms, crossed the stone!!! That is a massive achievement and I’m very annoyed you got there before me!! 🙁
But I lost a 1lb
Bringing my train loss to 8lbs
And my total loss to 13lbs
with
19lbs to go!!
YaY! for us 😀
Good luck with the novel! Don’t eat anything naughty while you’re thinking!!
Anna 😉

Oh, I forgot to mention the stone thing (and I’d really meant to). Well, we’ll just have to wait until I hit two stone now. If the first took ten weeks I bet the second takes twenty.

I am still on your train Charlie! I ate pot roast, a bacon cheeseburger and pizza and I lost 1.2!
But I did work out 45-60 minutes each day, so that was my saving grace!
